Refund and Returns Policy – Amin Trading Japan (Spare Parts & Used Cars)

At Amin Trading Japan, we provide genuine spare parts and quality used vehicles worldwide.
Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure a transparent process for customers who may need to return or exchange products.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Spare parts must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with manuals, accessories, and documentation.

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered, without modifications, damages, or additional mileage beyond agreed limits.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical spare parts once installed or used

  • Customized or special-order spare parts

  • Vehicles sold “as-is” with inspection reports

  • Perishable or consumable items (oils, fluids, filters once opened)

  • Downloadable software (navigation, ECU software, etc.)

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few working days.

  • Refunds for used cars may include inspection and administrative charges, deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if items are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Vehicles: Exchanges are considered only in cases of misrepresentation or undisclosed major faults.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please ship it to:

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping will be deducted.

  • For vehicles, transportation, customs clearance, and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Used Car Purchases – Important Notes

  • All vehicles are inspected before shipment with reports shared with customers.

  • Cars are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only considered in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or undisclosed major mechanical damage.
